Bank Utilities™: Payment and Receipt batch processing Add-In for ACCPAC Advantage Series Bank Services

Overview

Bank Utilities is the ideal solution for all businesses that want to process transactions directly into Bank Services. Especially for those who need to do tax calculation & tax tracking on misc. payments and receipts. Bank Utilities also lets you enter A/P invoice and payment details together in the one transaction - with no further posting required in A/P.

Developed in the ACCPAC® SDK, Bank Utilities has all the standard features, look and feel, and level of integration you would expect to find in a true ACCPAC® module including tax calculation and tracking, drill-down, context sensitive help, security, import/export, data integrity check etc.

Bank Utilities is an add-in to Bank Services and processes batches of miscellaneous payments and receipts. Bank Utilities utilises the ACCPAC Tax and Currency services and generates the relevant General Ledger transactions.

Membership Manager is a new ACCPAC Advantage Series module written in the SDK that provides Membership database management, dues/subscriptions, events, chapters, committees etc.

Integrates with the full suite of ACCPAC including CRM.

Mozambique Currency Revaluation

Dingosoft has developed a currency revaluation utility for Accpac users in Mozambique. The Mozambique Metical is being divided by 1000 on July 1^st this year. Dingosoft was asked to provide a solution for Mozambique users following our success with the euro currency conversion.

These types of utilities are not as simple as they sound. You can’t just go and divide every amount by 1000 as you will end up with rounding errors throughout the database. You have to start with the detail level and then manually recreate all the data above that. This requires an intimate knowledge of the Accpac database.
